Insurance Claim Roof Inspection in Potlatch, ID

An insurance claim roof inspection documents storm damage in the format adjusters actually work from: strike counts, slope measurements, dated photographs and a written scope of repair. Potlatch, ID Storm Damage Roof Repair produces these for homeowners across Potlatch, ID.

Claims get denied for reasons that have little to do with whether the damage is real. The most common is evidence. A homeowner reports hail, the adjuster finds no marked test squares and no photographs, and the file closes as wear and tear. The damage was there. Nobody proved it.

Our inspection covers every slope, marks test squares, counts impacts, and records the soft metals separately because dented gutters and vent caps corroborate a hail event even when the shingles are ambiguous. We note the date of the storm and match it against the damage pattern.

We will also tell you when a claim is not worth filing. A roof with light scattered marks and no functional damage will likely be denied, and a denied claim sits on your record. That conversation is more useful to you than an optimistic estimate.

We are happy to meet your adjuster on site so the scope gets agreed while everyone is looking at the same roof.
